Elaine is our highly experienced registered dental assistant who always brightens up patients' days and brings about big happy smiles to everyone's faces. She is a mother of three little angels, Annabelle, Angel, and Ann whom all took after Elaine's good-natured and outgoing personality. On her days off, she enjoys playing with her daughters, watching football, boxing with her husband, and raising exotic birds at her house. Joyce was born and raised in Hong Kong and speaks fluent Cantonese as well as Mandarin. She is the mother of a 22-year-old daughter who attends USC. Joyce decided to pursue a career in dental assisting six years ago because she wanted to help people and care for their needs. A talented baker, Joyce often brings pound cakes, cookies, cup cakes, and cheesecakes as breakfast treats. You name it and she can make it. Susan is our hygienist who makes sure that each patient walks out of our office with a brighter smile and fresher mouth. She is dedicated, diligent and caters very well to each individual's oral hygiene needs. Susan graduated in the top two percent of her class from Foothill College's Hygiene Program. Her hobbies include leisure reading, hiking, and going to the movies with her husband. Carol is our public relations and scheduling coordinator. The combination of her soft-spoken tone and warm, energetic personality brings out the best in all people. Carol was born and raised in Taiwan. She speaks fluent Mandarin, Taiwanese, Cantonese and Portuguese. She is a mother of two daughters, who are both graduates of UC Berkeley. Carol enjoys volunteering in a multitude of community events in the Bay Area. Jenny is our financial coordinator who is very experienced with managing insurances and financial arrangements. She takes time to understand each patient's needs and helps them develop a manageable financial plan for their treatments. Jenny was born in Taiwan and raised in New York and she speaks fluent Mandarin as well as Shanghainese. Her favorite pastimes are going to the movies and baseball games with her husband.
