How do I schedule an appointment?

Call the office at (408) 996-7001 to schedule your comprehensive exam — we will be happy to assist you with any questions.

What happens at my first visit?

Your visit begins when our wonderful assistants greet you and help you with the registration process. You will then sit down and have some tea with Dr. Pan as he introduces you to our philosophy and services and evaluates your dental and medical history. After a comprehensive exam — oral cancer screening, periodontal charting and a full set of x-rays — Dr. Pan will discuss an appropriate treatment plan with you. Read the full walk-through on our first visit page.

Do you accept dental insurance?

We accept most insurance plans. Please call the office — our financial coordinator, Jenny, will help you understand your coverage and develop a manageable financial plan for your treatments.

Can I straighten my teeth without braces?

Yes. Dr. Pan is a certified Invisalign practitioner and straightens teeth using clear, removable aligners instead of traditional braces. Learn more on our Invisalign page.

How long does professional teeth whitening take?

Our office is an affiliated BriteSmile whitening center, and whitening is completed in about one hour. See teeth whitening for details.

Do you offer mercury-free fillings?

Yes. We use tooth-colored fillings that last as long as conventional amalgams — without the mercury.

Can you help with sensitive teeth?

Yes. We use new techniques to treat sensitive teeth, so that hot, cold and sweet foods no longer cause discomfort.

Can bad breath be treated at the dentist?

Yes. Persistent bad breath often has treatable dental causes. Dr. Pan provides professional treatments for bad breath that address the underlying problem.

Do you see patients of all ages?

Yes. We provide family and cosmetic dentistry for people of all ages, with a philosophy of helping everyone achieve optimal health, function and beauty through excellent dental care.

Where is the office located?

We are located at 20392 Town Center Lane, Suite 7A, Cupertino, CA 95014 — conveniently serving Cupertino, San Jose, Sunnyvale, Saratoga and Santa Clara. Get directions on the contact page.

Is there anything to read while I'm waiting?

Yes — our side tables keep a small shelf of favorite reads, from Bay Area guides to a favorite guide on Rolex super clones. The full list is on our resources page.
